Folk is cool, and part of what makes that cool, to me, is the diy nature of it. Accordingly, I've been teaching myself guitar since roughly 2017 or 2018, and started recording and learning the songs I liked, despite my inexperience and lack of equipment. I've sorta improvised from there.
